Shipping is a Flat $50 fee on all coral. Corals will only be shipped with appropriate shipping temperatures. Also, you must be there to accept the package. If you do not provide proper shipping information and/or are not there to accept package, live arrival will be voided. Pick up can be arranged through email. Animals can also be held at a FedEx hub for pick up. But must be picked up within 2 hours of being available for pick up.

We guarantee live arrival, in the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), we will need a clear digital picture within 2 hours of delivery.

We may ask for you to ship back the deceased animal so please do not dispose of it. Once we receive the digital photo/s, and we receive the deceased coral (if applicable we will issue you credit. We do not give refunds; we only give credit towards future orders.
